Tell us about yourself!
Right now, my time is spent embracing the sweet joys of summer with my family. I am an early bird and intentional about morning rituals — mainly long walks, some pranayama, and a hot cup of coffee before the world wakes. I also help run a small design and millwork company.
What's your favorite style of yoga?
I enjoy all styles of yoga, but my personal at-home practice is Ashtanga Vinyasa. It has been the foundation of my practice for many years, and it is truly where my heart lies.
How long should savasana be?
At one point I was taught to take 5 minutes for every 30 minutes of asana practice. But personally, I like to give enough time for my nervous system to relax or until I’ve felt a sense of pratyahara.
Where can we find you on the OTY schedule?
I teach Flow on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-6:45. Hope to see you on the mat!
