Tell us about yourself!

I am a joyous husband and loving father. I dabbled with yoga my whole adult life. I started a daily practice in 2018 and that wave brought me to teacher training in 2020. Guided by Allison and Gabe I have been drawn to more and more yoga, it’s like I just can’t get enough. From asana to pranayama there are endless possibilities for learning about oneself. Recently in 2025 I achieved 500 hours of teaching training, which emboldened my yogic journey.

 

What's your favorite style of yoga?

I really enjoy hatha yoga. Its strengths your body. But the truth is in one’s mind.

 

How long should savasana be?

60 mins :) but for real in our world of chaos, can we become still? In my classes you are allowed to be still if your body is calling for it. I like to start off class with some stillness and usually end class with a 7-10 minute shavasana.

 

Where can we find you on the OTY schedule?

I teach on  seniors on Tuesday 11:30 to 12:30 and Friday Morning for a heated flow at 9:30-10:30( don’t let the heat scare you!)
