Introducing our staff: Meet Pamela

1. Tell us about yourself!

While I love calling Omaha home, being raised in Salt Lake City, I am a mountain girl at heart. I love being outside; I love live theater; and I love a laughing until I cry. 

2. What's your favorite style of yoga?

A breath driven vinyasa is my jam.

3. How long should savasana be?

Ahhhh, the million dollar question. I don't think there is a "should" or a "shouldn't". It will be exactly as it will be.

4. Where can we find you on the OTY schedule?

Friday mornings at 6:00am and Sunday evenings at 5:30 for a Flow class and a laugh!
