Tell us about yourself!
I’ve practiced yoga for nearly 30 years and taught for almost two decades. I was fortunate to take a five-year sabbatical from my corporate career to travel, study, and teach yoga. Yoga has been a steady foundation through life’s milestones, injury, loss, and growth. I continue to study the Bikram series in depth with a mentor and community of dedicated teachers.
What's your favorite style of yoga?
Bikram Yoga! The 90-minute practice has truly changed my life. I love seeing how it transforms students. The global Bikram community has given me the opportunity to travel, guest teach, and practice at studios around the world!
How long should savasana be?
The final savasana should be long enough to fully absorb the practice—ideally 2–10 minutes.
Where can we find you on the OTY schedule?
Fridays at 4:30 PM and an intermediate class on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month.
