Tell us about yourself!

My yoga journey is an ever-evolving path that integrates my love for outdoor activities, cooking and connecting with loved ones. It's a holistic approach to life that celebrates wellness, adventure, and community. Through yoga, I find balance, mindfulness, and self-discovery, enriching my life and inspiring others to embark on their own journey of wellness.

 

What's your favorite style of yoga?

I prefer the challenge of a slower/static class, focusing on alignment, muscle engagement, and breathwork.  Slow doesn't mean easy! :)

 

How long should savasana be?

There's no "perfect" answer, haha. Take enough time to release and absorb your practice. The work is in slowing down.

You can find me on the schedule as a sub for most styles outside of hot!
