Introducing our Staff: Meet Alison
Tell us about yourself!
Alison has been practicing yoga for 23 years and teaching for over 16. She and Gabe have been co-owner of OTY together for almost 7 years! She loves to find ways to incorporate yoga into daily life and believes it’s the game changer for a healthy mind and body.
What's your favorite style of yoga?
These days it’s the slow stuff: yin, restorative and meditation. But I still love to rock out a challenging Hatha class on occasion!
How long should savasana be?
I aim for 8-10 minutes if I can.
Where can we find you on the OTY schedule?
Wednesday nights Hatha west, Friday afternoons yin west and Sunday mornings yinyasa east.
