Introducing our staff: Meet Abigail
Tell us about yourself!
My name is Abigail and I live in Rochester, MN with my husband, Tanner, and our labrador retriever, Charlie. I have been doing yoga since 2012 and teaching since 2017. Yoga is a huge part of my life, as is cooking/baking, reading, taking care of my many houseplants (70+), and being active with Tanner and Charlie.
What's your favorite style of yoga?
My favorite style of yoga is Hatha because it typically encompasses everything I need; alignment, strength, flexibility, and use of props.
How long should savasana be?
Savasana should be as long as it needs to be on any given day. It is a real but rewarding challenge to be honest with the self and rest more if need be, which I often do!
Where can we find you on the OTY schedule?
I teach solely online at OTY. You can join me on Zoom on Thursdays for Online Align + Flow from 5:30-6:45pm, Fridays for Online Hatha from 8-9:15am, and Sundays for Online Restorative from 6-7:15pm.
