Hot Yoga Classes

One Tree Yoga offers both Hot yoga and Hot Flow classes at both our East and West Omaha locations. While these classes differ in a few ways, both are hot enough to increase your flexibility and get those sweat glands flowing, offering a cleansing experience that will leave you feeling refreshed.

Not sure which you’d like to join? Here is what makes each offering unique.

Hot Yoga

These classes are based on the traditional 26-pose series practice (if you’ve done it before, it will certainly feel familiar) in a room heated to 105 degrees with high humidity. These classes come in 3 lengths: 60 minutes, 75 minutes and 90 minutes.

We also offer this class in a silent variation, for those who know the poses by heart and just want a hot room to practice in.

Hot Flow

The Hot Flow classes follow a standard vinyasa flow series, in a room heated to 95 degrees. We’ll keep you moving through poses, so you get a fun, fast-paced, calorie burning workout.
